Our History
The Housing Authority of the City of Schuyler, Nebraska was established in 1966 to provide housing to low income individuals and families. The Schuyler Housing Agency has two separate locations. The first location is the High Rise (Schuyler Manor) the other is the Park Place location located near the Oak Ballroom and Schuyler Park.

About Us
The High Rise and Park Place Apartments are owned by the Schuyler Housing Agency and operate under the rules and regulations of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The High Rise Apartments consist of 48 one-bedroom units. The Park Place Apartments consists of 10 two– and three-bedroom units.
The Agency’s Board of Commissioners consists of five local citizens appointed by the Mayor of Schuyler. The Executive Director is available on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays during business hours. The office is closed for most holidays.
To be considered for an apartment you must be of legal age to sign a contract in Nebraska and complete a pre-application.
